Warranty Activation:
- A 1-year standard manufacturer's warranty applies per EU regulations. To activate your warranty, register online within the first 3 months of installation, otherwise, the warranty will be void.
Covered in the First Year:
- Grates, baffle plates, and bricks.
- Glass is covered for thermal shock (clouding/glazing) in the first year.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Fire Bricks: Hairline cracks are normal; replacement is only necessary upon total disintegration.
- Routine Maintenance: Fire rope, door handle/nuts and bolts, paint peeling, bricks cracking, grate, glass, or baffle replacement.
- Rust: Unless reported before installation/on delivery.
- Incidental or consequential damages, labour, or installation costs.
- External Factors: Damage from unadopted chimneys, thunderstorms, dampness, faulty plumbing, faulty fuel, or mistreatment.
- Lack of Annual Servicing: As per manual instructions.
- Smoke Issues: Not covered during refuelling; considered an installation issue.

from 325 reviewsI purchased two ‘mini’ devices in order to try to add extra layers of medical grade protection into my home because I’m immune compromised & my two small all too frequently germ-ridden grandkids are now needing to be in my former safe space after their dad moved back in after his relationship ended. None of this is ideal, but air that’s been circulated, purified , filtered & UV treated and monitored is better than nothing at all, and while I continue to wear masks when I’m in a room with them, and rely mainly on the auto setting, I am in control & can amp up the filtration when required. The filters have needed replacing ahead of their 9 month subscription timing & are pricy but so far I’ve remained reasonably well. All in all, I could have done without such a lot of extra expense and worry, but the anxiety has been dialled down. The company and staff I’ve had communications with have been very helpful at every stage and goods are supplied really quickly. The app’s are useful for on the hop monitoring and this facility is much appreciated!

The true test of a company’s efficiency and to what extent they really do genuinely value their customers is when there’s a hiccup.
I was what must undoubtedly be a very small percentage of clients who had an issue and I can but very highly commend their incredible speed in resolving what happened and going beyond what most companies would have done.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we are so pleased with our purchase of the swim spa; initially we were unsure if we would use the swim part of it but how wrong we were!!!! From the moment we met the staff at Canadian Spa we knew we were in good hands.
It didn't take us long to choose which swim spa to buy with all their help. Delivery was when expected, even though in the morning when we woke up it was thick snow, everything went ahead as planned. Very good well designed product at very reasonable price. I find that the app is a bit complicated and prefer to simply switch device on and run for 8 hours at a time, but I am pleased with my air purifier. Most importantly for me is the supportive customer service to purchase and replace filters at a affordable price.

We purchased our spa just under two years ago to give ourselves a boost after a particularly difficult time. We had considered a hot tub, but decided we wanted to have more freedom to float and swim. After trying out the display spa at Canadian Spa Company’s offices in Redhill, we were hooked.
The support we had from the company before, during, and after delivery was excellent, and we had personal help over the phone with the initial set-up, which was very straightforward.
It didn’t take long for us to be enjoying the 16’ length and 72 jets of the spa, exercising with the swim and river jets, and relaxing with the massage jets. The added bonuses were the fantastic LED lighting system, creating a magical swimming atmosphere in the dark, and the MP3 speaker system. The spa is nearly two years old now, and has had regular use all year-round, including on Christmas and New Year’s Day! It is still a very big treat to have a swim and relaxing massage at the end of a hard day!
